Yes, when we get there, the toilet was broken. The sink was leaking. The tub was dirty no room service. They didn’t come in and clean the sheets and clean the rooms. We came in not greeted good when we first got there.

I couldn't enter the building upon arrival because a key card is needed to enter so I had to wait until someone came out to go in and had to call the hotel number to request someone to attend to me for check-in because no one was at the front desk. Staff was not informative or welcoming. Parking is horrible. Lock to the restroom door was broken. A hook to hang the towels was hanging off the wall.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I interacted with so many people during a very short stay, and everyone was so nice. The property was clean and our room was very clean. The lobby doors lock at night and the area seemed a little sketchy at night but no issues. Breakfast was included and was what you’d expect. Very meh but fine. For the price I think this was a great value overall though.
