The first room we checked into had a very loose toilet seat. The room had a broken side table light and the flooring was sticky but otherwise it was very clean and comfortable including the bed. Had blackout shades and was very quiet. The best part was the free breakfast buffet, one of the best we’ve ever had while traveling. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The carpet had deep spots as if someone had dropped coffee or paint at the entrance. The staff was GREAT. Breakfast was nice as well.

The room looked nice and clean. The bathroom could be updated. The bathroom fan did not work, so it stayed wet and humid. The building was noisy, but not from people, the plumbing, and appliances.

The staff was courteous as always. The room was clean. We didn’t have any curtains (only traditional window blinds) in our room and there were several bright lights outside our window so it was very bright all night and difficult to sleep. The outlets on one side of the bed didn’t work. We have stayed here several times over the years but this room was not as good as our past stays.
