There were ants in our bathroom on the counter. No decent customer service. Expedia charged my card then the hotel charged another card when we got there, still no refund. Our shower kept making loud weird noises and wasn’t working properly

this was a great place the only thing I wasn't happy with was the business center it was not working, and I had to wait on the front desk as she checked in guest. you can't print or use my usb to pull up my document or fax anything out. I had to email manger that left for a meeting for her to forward it to staff at hotel in order to print and fax it where I need it to go but they never got it. they need to make some changes to that.
