Breakfast was less than basic. Just some fake eggs and dry cereal and a waffle maker. I stayed 2 nights and asked for my room to be cleaned and the desk clerk said I should've let them know before 9am if I wanted my room cleaned and then another guy came up and said they would bring me some towels and do a light cleaning. I've never had a hotel not clean on 2 night stays!

The staff are friendly. The second floor has a smell to it. Our room was damp and smelled moldy. I contacted the front desk to change rooms but they were completely booked and couldn’t switch us. They offered to spray the room. I was thinking they’d spray Lysol in the air conditioning unit, as I think that’s were the mold smell was coming from. They came up and brought us a glad plug in and sprayed some air freshener. The breakfast was mediocre. They had waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. They had no juices for the kids, other than sunny d… which is a hard no for my kids. If I was in a pinch, I’d stay there again. But I wouldn’t book there if I had other options.

The toilet was not working properly so i notified the front desk at first he said i gotta talk to a manager and the same guy came to my room and he said it is fixed now I tried to use it but no luck so I went back to from desk and asked to change room the guy said to me no and just tell the manager in the morning so I I spent the night in a same room with no toilet I spoke to the manager in the morning and he said to me sorry and he will give me ten percent off the next time , I couldn’t believe what I’m hearing I was charged full price
