- BEDROOMS -

-All beds feature memory foam mattresses, and many guests have commented that they've slept exceptionally well on them.

-The primary bedroom is light and airy and features a Queen size bed. This room is also outfitted with an ensuite bathroom, a ceiling fan, a dresser, and a walk-in closet.

-The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, in addition to a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and a large mirror.

-The third bedroom is perfect for any kiddos you may be traveling with or adults looking to recreate childhood memories of sleepovers. The full-size bunk beds (with memory foam mattresses) are big enough for travelers of any age. In addition, there are drawers for your belongings, along with a cozy rocking chair glider.

-For additional sleeping arrangements, the main living room sofa pulls out into a Queen size bed, as does the couch in the game room. The sofa in the sitting area just off the dining room/bunk room also pulls out into a full-size bed. Should you need it, a Pack n' Play is also available.

- BATHROOMS -

With three recently renovated full bathrooms.

-The Primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, complete with a sliding farmhouse-style door and a walk-in shower.

-The second bathroom is just off the second bedroom and the living room. It features dual sinks and mirrors, along with a bathtub/shower combo.

-The third bathroom is off the sitting room (which connects to the Dining Room, Game Room, and Bunk Room) and has a walk-in shower and all the towels your group will need for bathing and pool use. The third bathroom also has a door that leads directly to the outdoor pool area.

- KITCHEN & DINING AREA -

The home's sleek and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for whipping up tasty group meals. It features ample quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster/toaster oven, drip coffee maker & dishwasher), and cooking basics like spices, utensils, and dishware.

-The large island is a great place for serving buffet-style meals or laying out snacks and appetizers.

-A child's high chair can be made available upon request - make sure to let us know ahead of time so we can have it there for you when you check-in.

-Just off the kitchen, you will find a large dining area, complete with two long tables that can be kept separate or combined, comfortably seating 12 guests. This room gets tons of natural light from the large window and sliding doors. It also features a convenient serving pass-through between the kitchen and dining area.

Laundry Room: Should you need to do any laundry during your stay, feel free to use the laundry room, complete with a new, high-capacity washer and dryer and laundry detergent pods.

- INDOOR LIVING AREAS -

Immediately after you enter The Bluefield Resort, you'll appreciate the vibrant furnishings, desert/tropical decor, and natural sunlight that floods in through the large windows. The main living room features a large plush sofa, two cozy chairs, a 75" flatscreen smart TV, and opens onto the kitchen area.

Just off the dining room, you'll find a spacious sitting room, complete with a sleeper sofa and a walk-in closet filled with games and bedding for the pull-out beds.

The game room is fun for all ages. Some of the highlights include a pool & ping pong table (full-size table in the garage), a shuffleboard table, and a mini foosball table. The game room is also used as a second living room thanks to the comfy sofa and 55" flatscreen smart TV.

- OUTDOOR AREAS -

The outdoor area is a consistent favorite and is what really puts The Bluefield Resort above other homes in the area. It's easy to stay entertained thanks to our wide assortment of yard games, including a mega chessboard, a putting green, corn hole, ladder ball, and a cup pong table. At night you and your group can gather around the fire pit area, complete with Adirondack chairs and string lights hung between the palm trees.

The covered patio is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal, and here, you'll find tables and chairs and a gas grill for cookouts. The patio also features an outdoor 50" flatscreen smart TV.

The pool is the perfect spot to cool off on a hot summer day. You'll have fun with our collection of pool toys, floats, and pool towels. There are also sunbathing lounge chairs and hammocks hanging between the palm trees.


The pool is heated year-round for no additional charge!

As there is no safety fence around the perimeter of the pool, always watch children when they're in the backyard. Guests assume all risks when using the yard/pool.

- THINGS TO NOTE -

Dog-friendly (dog bowls provided). Up to 2 dogs are allowed ($150 fee per dog/stay).

Depending on availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible for a $50 fee; check with the guest assistant for details.

No smoking/vaping. No parties or events without the host's permission. Neighborhood quiet hours outside after 10 pm.

For your safety, this property features exterior security cameras (front door, perimeter, backyard). The backyard camera has a partial view of the pool area as well as other parts of the yard. These devices may be recording activity for your safety, but should not infringe on your privacy.

There are noise sensors inside the home. These devices will not record sound, only noise levels.
