The hotel advertises that they have level 2 EV charging but both their chargers were broken when I arrived. That meant I needed to drive several miles and spend a lot time charging my EV at a DC fast charging station which meant I couldn't attend the first evening of my convention. Then the room itself had both a broken coffee maker and a broken toilet. I was able to get the toilet to work by taking off the back and reaching into the water tank manually to trigger it. Staff themselves were on their phones not paying attention when I needed things and they often left the front desk unstaffed which made it hard to reach people. Breakfast was okay but not many healthy options. For what I paid, I feel I should have had a much better experience than this, so I cannot recommend this hotel.
