Stay somewhere else

The kitchen was run down and there was nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat with. The toilet would not flush properly and the bathroom was run down and not clean. I needed more towels and they said I could only get them after 6:00 and I would have to do a towel exchange in order to get them. I was offered another room and it was even more run down and filthy so I opted to keep the room we had. The grounds were full of trash and I am pretty sure homeless people gather there. It’s the first hotel I have ever stayed at that made me take out my own trash.

I arrived to my hotel on the date of October 10th, at the extended stay located in Plymouth PA. After check in I proceeded to my room which at the time was set to be 201. Upon entry to the room, there was a film of dust on the floor, meaning this room couldn't have been touched in the slightest way. Bathroom- No toilet tissue on roll it was laying along side the toilet underneath the sink, the bathtub was unkept it appears to look like there was no cleaning done to it in a substantial amount of time. There was a dirty sock underneath the sink, which tells me a complete walk through to ensure thorough cleaning was done,air along the bathtub. Bed- Upon pulling the sheets back there were black gnat like fragments all throughout the bed. Overall room- Again There was a flim of dust throughout the room, on the counter, desk, TV stand etc. This room showed clear signs of poor to no upkeep overall. Items on floor such as trash, pieces of tissues. Kitchen- The fridge in the room was beyond rusted. Should have been removed as soon as sings if visible rust begin. Fridge smell was beyond unbearable, nothing was done to ensure this room and proper upkept was completed . Very poor standards , website goes against what this extend stay actually offers. I will never return to such place. My room was booked over a month ago, which tells me this extend stay is ALWAYS, kept in this dreadful manner, I immediately checked out after only about 16 minutes of being in such an offens

It was horrible I order a standard room with King size bed didn't get it they gave my room away.. then they gave me a handicap room which I'm not and I also had to kill roaches in the room and especially in the bathroom I'll never stay there again the manager Kim was nice said she will process my refund

Not Good!

Floors dirty which turned your feet black. Loud ac unit with bad motor. Bed worn out. No real breakfast. Rude check in guy. Halls dirty. Place needs renovations. Window were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. Seedy people walking strong.
