It was a terrible experience for me.

Cons: A lot including the service/front desk
The experience was terrible for me. The AC/Heater was very faulty comparing me to sleep in three layers of cloths when it was snowing. There are several cracks which allowed the snow to actually enter the room bringing in intense cold. Then what was most terrible was that the reception phone does not work. I called more than three times and it just rang.

Near Airport/shopping.

Lots of bad reviews had us scared. The room turned out to be comfortable although the Business seems to be struggling. Staff was friendly and let us stay an extra hour due to car repairs being done. 12 minutes from the airport made it a fair deal all around.

Worst experience ever

Pros: nothing
Cons: nothing. needs to be shut done
Location: good location to everything including another motel which we quickly checked into.
The room was old and stank.The face bowl fixture was loose. The toilet almost backed up every time it was flushed. One of the T.V. stations had porn on it that was not requested.

Going Down

The rooms have old televisions. The bathtubs are dirty. The air conditioner wasn't working properly in one of the rooms and the front desk clerk blatantly said she did not believe me. For the amount of money I spend there and frequent visits the staff seem so unappreciative of my business. I always feel like I am a distraction. One day when I was checking out, they desk clerk had a whole conversation with the boss while I was trying to check out. They do not put customer service first. I only continue to go for the convenience and they don't require a credit card.

Pros: This hotel had no redeeming feature.
Cons: I would start with the staff. Ruesr, most unhelpful staff I've ever seen. Openly combative and unhelpful.
Location: Some restaurants.
Hotel was dirty beyond belief. Had it not been past 11:00 pm and the room prepaid, I would have gone back to the airport to sleep. The towels were stwined and raggedy. The pillowcases were dirty, the chair was broken, there was some sticky substance on the bedside table. There was a screaming fight in the parking lot. The blow dryer was ripped off the wall and the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. the phone in my room didn't work. staff was extremely rude, even by Philadelphia standards. While checking out, I observed the checkout clerk verbal abuse a young couple. The hugely pregnant woman asked to sit down as the clerk kept telling the couple they didn't have a reservation despite the couple having a printed out copy. The clerk said the lady "I want to sit down to but I have to stand here and talk to you." I offered to help the couple find another room with my iPad and suddenly the clerk "found" their reservation, This establishment should not be in business. I stay in about 10 to 15 nights in hotel monthly on business trips. I have never ever seen anything this bad in terms of dirty or rude. Also, the room was misrepresented to me. There was no airport shuttle. They did not allow a late checkout. Travolicty should remove this property from its listings.
