This place was adorable, comfortable and convenient! We were all very happy and cozy. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed for a weekend trip. Next time, we’ll plan ahead and make sure we unload our stuff during the day from the alley then go find a parking spot. We struggled to figure that out in the dark and with the snow covering so much space too. We will definitely book again on our next trip up there!

The property owner was very nice and responsive, but the property itself fell short of our expectations in every possible way. We ended up having to leave after only staying one night to seek comfort in an upscale hotel because we didn’t get a wink of sleep. The one bed was a brick and in the other room the streetlights and traffic kept my loved one up. There was also nowhere to park. A place like this might work for some who need an affordable option, but it wasn’t for us.

The host are very welcoming! Right away reached out with standard info we would need like passcode for lock box, wifi name & pw, etc. They were prompt with replying to messages. Additional we have a rear wheel drive car * it was are misfortune that there was a snowstorm. I reached out to the host explaining my situation and they allowed us to book an additional night unexpectedly. So prayers we can drive out tomorrow. Overall, it's a charming home and comfortable beds.

Check in was great, the lockbox was very easy. Any questions I had, the host promptly answered me. The house was absolutely adorable and exceeded expectations. And I had no idea what a cute little town Phoenixville was! So many great shops, restaurants, and breweries.We mainly booked that place because it was so close to the Penhurst Asylum. It was a great living room to hang out in and watch horror movies for the October vibe. House was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
