My mom and I came out to visit for the paracon at Pennhurst. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast we had two days in a row was delicious. Lots of great options. The only thing we didn't like about our room is there's nowhere to hang towels. We had to put them over the shower curtain rod. There's lots of things close by and it's very pretty in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend.

We were here for just one night for a graduation. I thought the price of the room was exorbitant for a Holiday Inn Express, but beggars can't be choosy. Room was comfortable, parking was fine, location great for what we stayed for. Breakfast was the usual tasty buffet Hotel is non-smoking, but smelled the "skunk" smell (Marijuana) in 3rd floor hallway. I personally don't care that people smoke, but think of the lingering odor in the room. Inconsiderate.

My room was spotless! I even used a UV light(just in case). I stayed in a king suite, and it was very lovely. I especially loved the little notes the cleaning staff leave behind, such a thoughtful touch. Parking was also very easy. There were always enough spots available, even with so many events happening nearby and nearly every room booked. At one point, my friend lost their room keys, and we thought it would be a huge hassle to replace them, but the process was smooth as long as you could show proof you were staying there. In the morning, there were SO many breakfast options, from freshly cooked sausage to vegan choices. This time, I also checked out the indoor pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean, and relaxing. (You do need to bring your towels from your room though)

Thankfully after abruptly leaving the terrible comfort inn, on thanksgiving day holiday had a room. Everything was lovely, Nancy was very professional and kind. Our stay was very good, I just wish the price was more affordable, but you get what you pay for !
