I work out every time I stay at a hotel and it’s just some things that need to there. Like water. That just goes to show you that the people who are supposed to check the gym..didn’t. Then I was told at the front desk that I could purchase water from the market store. Ummm no. And after I left the gym at 7 am I wanted to grab breakfast. I was told that I had to walk over to the Residence’s Inn for breakfast. Why is breakfast not in the hotel? Just put a whole damper on my morning.

Large Rooms & Convenient Location

We stayed here for a sports tournament. This hotel was easy to get to with plenty of parking. The rooms were large and the air conditioner worked perfectly on a hot weekend. Room was clean. There is an outdoor pool shared with the other hotel. There was a small breakfast in the morning. This hotel got the job done.

Fire alarm

It was a good stay except for the fire alarm that went off but we didn't know it was only a test because there was no notification that they were doing it that day. Customer Service failed. Still a good stay, good breakfast selections.

Unfortunately, during my time at the hotel, I experienced an issue with ants in my room. I contacted the front desk and requested maintenance support, but no service was rendered during the remainder of my stay. Upon check-out, I spoke with Herrianne, who kindly recommended that I follow up with Guest Services directly. I have attached video documentation showing the issue in the room. She gave me the email to contact and I haven’t been in contact with guest service with no replies.
