We booked this room specifically for the hot tub. There was a lot of noise from the room above and in the hallways (even at 4am in the morning). We informed the management and it was suggested we choose another room for our next visit so it would not be on the first floor.

The hotel is full of people who live there as if it were their own home. Their children run around the hallways, yelling, and bang on the door until midnight. Nobody does anything, and it feels like being in a 2-star motel from the 1970s. There's absolutely no respect for the people renting a room for a night or 2. I was woken up more than eight times during the night! I was hoping relax before my flight for work and no… I asked my employer never to book this hotel again (for myself and future employees). It's truly disrespectful to the guests.

Our shuttle drive was prompt and courteous. We got to the hotel quickly and our keys were ready. The room was clean and very comfortable. The desk booked our shuttle for the following morning and called to let us know it was ready, which was VERY nice. Breakfast was tasty and was available before we left!
