"Staff very pleasant and welcoming. This hotel certainly shows its age, very somber, gloomy, old carpet. Main lamp not working, went to front desk for new bulb, it turned out the lamp itself not working, brought it to staff’s attention. As mentioned, very clean room. Would consider to return but with updated carpets, fresh light-coloured paint, fresher look to this hotel."

"I was really excited to stay at this hotel with my two young children. I read the reviews and amenities, and figured it would be a great spot for us to stay before our flight back home to BC. Unfortunately, the experience fell flat. When we arrived at the hotel, the pool was cold. I do believe they were working on the heat, but there were no signs or information provided about this. One major reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool, unfortunately there is not hot tub. This was then followed by issues with their hourly shuttle. We checked in around 3 PM, and the hourly shuttle scheduled at 6 AM the following day was already completely full. We ended up having to get on the 5 AM shuttle. Arriving considerably early to the airport with a three and a six-year-old.. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, comfortable, but I don’t know that I would return. "

"Very clean room I liked that there was no carpet, comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless and the breakfast had lots of good options. It was also nice to have free parking."
