The room was so dirty, the floor was covered in hair and dirt, the fan was broken and covered in dirt. We booked this motel for 2 separate nights book-ending a long road trip and we already cancelled the 2nd stay as it was a terrible experience.

"The mattress was so old it had a dent in it forcing me to sleep lop sided. The property allowed pets but the pet area had not been cleaned so was full of poop, it was hard not to step in it. There were no poop bags or trash can in pet area so it appears that people just didn’t pick up after themselves and staff were not cleaning the area. Staff were perfunctory but were having personal conversations with each other as they were checking you in as if you were the distraction not the customer."
