"On occasion, we have been able to obtain room upgrades by mentioning our status with Expedia. At this property, mentioning Expedia provides no perks. The room was spacious and clean enough. There was no daily made service, and we were told to call the office if we wanted more coffee, fresh washcloths, etc. We could never get the television to work, showing there was no connection. We could not find anything unplugged. We did not bother to call the front desk, however, to see if we could get it fixed. Apparently, there are new owners and the property is being renovated. It was a convenient location."
