Expected Better from Westin

Unless you need the location, very close to heart of Morristown shops & restaurants, etc., then choose someplace else for the money. Our room, a standard king was tiny. We're used to small rooms in our antique home, but by anybody's hotel standards, this was too small. The bathroom had a closet style sliding door because there wasn't enough space for a regular door to swing in or out! They were very stingy with the in-room coffee maker. They provided coffee for only 2 cups & the directions card noted we could ask for more at an additional charge. Now, even at cheapie motels, they give us free coffee if we ask. They were also kind enough to leave us 2 water bottles on a drinks tray. Unfortunately, the hang tags didn't welcome us to the hotel as welcome guests, but offered us this water for $* each bottle. Warning: the tap water in Morristown and nearby Madison is safe but tastes vile, & we drink tap water most of the time in NY & CT. The hotel lobby is nice to look at & relax. There were doormen to greet and provide some security in late afternoon, but no one at door either after 10pm at night nor early in morning slightly before 7am. Poor security as anyone could walk in without being noticed. We know hotels can charge a lot for services, but we thought $* minimum for a standard American breakfast was a bit much. Two eggs, bacon, toast, coffee & juice? We've stayed at nice places in the area that have free or low cost breakfast buffets that are ample and well done. The Westin just didn't give us much luxury for the money.
