Beautiful Hotel, Great Location

This hotel is beautiful. The location is great, with wonderful views and just steps from the waterfront. The service was also excellent. The spa was busy on a rainy summer day but still plenty relaxing. It'll be my top choice for trips to Vancouver from now on.

Great location, close to waterfront bike paths, with great views well worth paying for a little more (harbor). Rooms are large and well equipped, However, hotel is outdated a little, but premium priced, from rooms to hotel restaurants. Amazing location with exceptional staff. The corner rooms featuring Japanese tubs are a real highlight. Highly recommended! The team is extremely attentive, and as a bonus, guests can enjoy complimentary use of a luxury SUV (available on a first-come, first-serve basis) for convenient pick-ups and drop-offs around the area.

Amazing!

Such amazing staff!!! Went out of their way above and beyond. Front desk staff should be copied and installed at every hotel- can’t say enough how accommodating and kind everyone is.
