Most homes might have a T.V. or two but after a long day of skiing we love to sit down to a good movie and relax. Each room has it's own t.v. and have a fantastic theater. You can watch the same thing in the entire home or each t.v. watch something different which is great for our large family group.

Moms 75th birthday

The house is impressively spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably maintained. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers ample space for preparing meals. Dutch Draw Ski Vacation

Had a great time at Dutch Draw. With 3 families and 15 people it was a tall order to please everyone but needless to say, the home was loved by all. Rebecca, the property manager, was very accomodating and helpful. A great overall experience.

Perfect ski house

This was the third Christmas and New Years we spent in Park City with our family of seven and the house was perfect. Ski in/out and it’s close enough to downtown if you want to get out for the evening. The house offers plenty of space and has everything you need to be at home. The managers were easy to contact and very helpful…they even assisted with last-minute Christmas presents.

Great house

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski vacation. The home has tons of space for everyone to spread out. The basement is incredible and the perfect place to hang out. Ski in/out is easy. And the heated steps to the hot tub and up to the ski run is a game changer!

Great Property!

Dutch draw was a fantastic property for a large family group for the holidays. Newly remodeled house was spacious, clean and high end. The property manager was even better and made sure the entire stay was perfect. Very close to everything you’d want at canyons, short drive or shuttle to park city proper. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Another Amazing Stay

For the 2nd Summer in a row, this house rocked it! The Property Manger was outstanding, she made several large upgrades to the house and had it standing tall for our arrival. I would recommend her and this property to anyone wanting a first class experience in Park City.

Family Reunion

This home is amazing. The kitchen has everything you may need and more. The downstairs play-family room room is large with a pool table w/ pingpong top, large game table, toys for the little ones, large TV over the fireplace, & comfortable seating. It also has a large, beautiful & quiet living room & smaller family room right off the kitchen. Also a very comfortable patio complete dining & conversation areas with fire pit & hot tub which we all enjoyed. The house was wonderful for our four families, ages ranging from 3 yr to grandparents to come together to reconnect & have a thoroughly great time. Rebecca, our host, was just as wonderful & amazing. We had a couple small issues & she was there almost instantly to correct. She was the BEST, plus really nice.

A gorgeous house right next to Canyons Village

As an owner of a rental property in Vermont, the house exceeded our expectations… Rebecca the Property Manager was very accessible and kept in close contact with us… she even helped connect us with a private chef that catered to all three families that stayed. The home theatre was a huge hit with the kids as was the pool table/ping ping table… the kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use and operate. All the bedrooms were well appointed as was the common areas especially the great room where we all congregated nightly for cocktails and stunning sunset views. I have a feeling we’ll be back here next year.

Guys Ski Getaway

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at the Dutch Draw Estate in Park City, Utah. The house is amazing with plenty of places for groups to gather and socialize. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal. Our resident chef prepared some amazing pancakes each morning before we hit the slopes. The hot tub was perfect so soaking tired limbs after a hard day out on the slopes. After dinner we headed to the basement to watch movies in the theater and play pool and poker. The quality of the house was surpassed only by the quality of the host. Rebecca was great from start to finish. She provided us with lots of information ahead of our trip for ski rentals and restaurant ideas and was always accessible to answer questions. I would highly recommend this house for a large group of friends or an extended family getaway.

Relaxing and comfortable family stay with convenient access to the mountains

This was our second stay in the property. It was like coming home to a house that we already know and feel comfortable in. With 2 kids ages 3 and 8 we felt safe and very relaxed the whole time. The house is conveniently located for every day skiers, which we took advantage of. Checking in and out was a breeze. Communication with Rebecca was easy and quick. She was always very responsive and took care of anything we needed right away. The house has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. We were cooking most nights, and there’s literally everything. I would not only recommend the property to anyone but I know we will be renting again.
