Powder Inn in is a third-floor corner-unit condo with magnificent golf, ski, and mountain views. As a guest in the Blackstone Flats condominiums, you will have access to the community clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Overlooking the green and fairway of the 13th hole for the Canyons Golf Course, this condo is ideally located at the base of the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort and just a short walk away from the Canyons Cabriolet which will take you right to the heart of the Canyons resort. There are free on-demand shuttles to Canyons Village in the winter, and a short walk to the bus stop takes can take you anywhere in Park City in free electric buses that operate all year long.

Rest and recharge in any of the three bedrooms, our master bedroom hosts a king bed, while the guest and loft bedrooms both enjoy a comfortable queen. Enjoy the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer, and fireplaces in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. In the summer rent a bike and explore the myriad of bike paths weaving throughout the city. During the winter, put on your ski boots and take a free on-demand shuttle to the ski slopes, or take a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and enjoy the ride to the heart of the resort. Wrap up your busy day by relaxing in the Blackstone community pool hot tub. Regardless of your reason for visiting Park City, you'll find yourself at home at the Powder Inn.
THE KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances - fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery (plates, cups, bowls), flatware (knives, forks, spoons), cookware, crockpot, blender, and mixer.
THE LIVING AREA In the living area you'll find a comfy couch, a smart TV with soundbar, fireplace, a dining table with seats for six, and a desk.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom hosts a king bed, a smart TV, fireplace, and its own en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom hosts a queen bed, a smart TV, a fireplace, and its own en-suite bathroom. Up the stairs you'll find the loft bedroom, which overlooks the living area and has a queen bed and its own bathroom.
BATHROOMS The bathrooms for the master bedroom has a double vanity, shower, and hairdryer. The guest bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower, and a hairdryer. The loft bathroom has a single vanity, shower, and a hairdryer.
PARKING There is a dedicated indoor garage with 1 assigned parking space and additional first come first serve outdoor parking.
THE COMMUNITY Blackstone is a well-maintained community for vacation rental and permanent residency. It is a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and direct access to skiing, shopping, and dining options in the Canyon’s Village of the Park City Mountain Resort. In the winter, a free on-demand shuttle takes residents to all major locations in Canyons Village. Driving takes 10 minutes to Main Street in Park City, 10 minutes to Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Blackstone also offers guests year-round access to its community clubhouse, fitness center, hot tub, and heated pool.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - There is elevator access to the unit from the underground parking garage and the main floor. - The loft bedroom has its own door entrance, however, it is not a fully enclosed room as it overlooks the living area. - No smoking. - No pets allowed. - This home sleeps 6 including 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the guest bedroom, 2 in the loft bedroom. - There is a washer and dryer located upstairs in the maintenance/laundry room across from the loft bedroom. NO SMOKING (Including E-Cigarettes) NO PETS

CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE: PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
