A good enough overnight before an early TGV to from Gare to Lyon. The room was comfortable. I prefer the other side of the station, but I'd stay here again.

Drip coffee maker with filter. Nepresso mini in lobby. Close to 3 key metro stations like Reuilly-Diderot. Many grocery nearby which close around 2100. Queen bed. Room was nice good size. I felt safe in the neighbourhood.

Dirty. Rude.

Horrible sanitary condition. There is no typical housekeeping you expect from a place listed on Hotels.com. (They ask you to pay for basic housekeeping.) They won't give you new towels despite you staying six nights. Unprofessional rude staff, too. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The bedroom was pretty, and the windows were very nice. The biggest problem is that this hotel is not air conditioned. We left the windows open all night, and bugs came in. A really uncomfortable night. I wish that I had realized that this hotel did not have air conditioning -- I wouldn't have booked it for a room in June.

The curtains in the room were spotted and dirty. The management were very angry that i reported to Expedia that there were no utensils provided for the kitchenette. There was no coffee pot - only a kettle. There is a massive construction project underway just beside this property. Hard to believe this is a 3-star property.

don’t stay in this hotel

the bathroom inside my hotel room smelt like an open sewer. It was very discusting. they clearly had a long term problem with the pluming in the toilet/shower and the odor was committed up through the drain. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. The hotel receptionist found if “funny “ when I told her about it and she clearly knew about the issue but put me in the room anyway.

Overall a good stay. Knocked off a star because of problems with door to the garage locking behind us and our key refusing to open it. Be aware if you are driving to this hotel that you cannot get into the garage without stopping at the front desk and that there is no where to wait at n the narrow street until you get access to the garage. Also, be aware that there are two elevators and only one goes down to the garage level. If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend that you request a room near the garage elevator. The room was larger than a typical Paris hotel room, but the studio was small for a long-term stay. We did appreciate the small dishwasher and especially the helpful staff.
