The hotel’s location in the 9th arrondissement is convenient and fairly walkable to many attractions. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The sofa bed was very old and offered minimal comfort, while the main bed felt like a sheet of plywood with no cushioning, resulting in severe back and side pain and very poor rest (worthy of one star on its own). At check-in, we received an inexpensive bottle of Chardonnay as part of the so-called “VIP booking,” but this gesture did little to offset the overall shortcomings. The kitchenette included a small fridge, a stove that did not work, and a coffee maker with only two pods provided—additional ones had to be purchased. Despite booking for four guests, only three dingy towels were supplied. Many lights in the room did not work, adding to the sense of neglect. The walls were dirty, with hair stuck in multiple spots, which made it feel unclean. Noise was also a major issue: the pub/restaurant downstairs stayed open late into the night, and the adjoining room setup meant every sound from neighbors carried directly through. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and far below expectations.

The pictures and reviews were VERY misleading. The room smelled of mold and my wife had an allergic reaction. Place was dirty and felt very unsafe. We arrived from a long flight from the US and tried to take a quick nap. But we had no choice but to check out after only a few hours. We informed the manager and he refused any credit/refund of our 5 days that we paid for.

This was a lovely apartment hotel located in the arts and culture district of Paris. It was walkable to lots of food options and supermarkets/groceries which made it convenient especially traveling with children. Room was like a mini apartment perfect for our family of 4. Reception was always friendly and helpful. My husband said we will stay here again.

Our room was perfect: the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, stove worked perfectly, and bathroom was modern with perfect water temperature. There are so many nearby food options, but my personal favorites were the bakery and candy store right across the street. Plus, the little cafe right next door has great cocktails! Even better, we were able to access the whole city by metro, never more than 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel. This is a gem of a location!

We had a wonderful stay here -2 adults and 2 teenagers . It was convenient to many metro lines , the morning breakfast was delivered to us , lots of eating options nearby and very nice amenities . The shower ‘s water tended to find out and wet the rest of the bathroom - we figured a way around it - a simple rubber stopper would help avoid it

More of a small apartment than a hotel in the traditional sense, we loved several things about this “Residence.” First… the location…. The Metro is very close and some attractions are within walking distance ( I consider 30 minutes walking to be fine). The room we had provided plenty of space and a large 2-sink bathroom. We did not use the kitchenette features, but they seem adequate. Front desk is staffed 24hrs. The desk people speak multiple languages, and were happy to answer any questions about the facility or area. The noise level from the street was negligible. I’d stay here again. Apartment was nice, was really nice to have the separate living room / a kitchenette especially when travelling with a young child. The area was lovely and quaint with lots of really nice dining options around the hotel. It was a convenient location, we walked to Basilique du Sacré-Cœur one day and then to the Louvre the next day

Mother and daughter trip that was perfect

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay over half term. As a platinum Hotels.com member, I received a great discount on my booking. We arrived early, and left oour luggage safely in reception and had a wander around the local area. We were asked a preference of floor, and we requested the top floor. The room was very nice, and perfect for us both. The ceilings are quite low in the living area, and the windows provided a lovely view of the Parisian rooftops. The bed was v comfy, and the kitchen area was perfect for our needs. There was a little bit of a funky smell from the bathroom drain, but the building is old so this was quickly fixed by just closing the door. The local neighbourhood is just perfect. V close to multiple Metro stations, and all the surrounding cafes, restaurants and bars were just brilliant, we were spoilt for choice. We felt very safe and looked after and will most definately return with the other 2 members of our family, and book a bigger room. Check out was easy and a taxi arrived within minutes to take us (reluctantly) back for GDN for our train home.
