The staff were wonderful, the property was central and the rooms cozy but comfortable and clean. The #74 bus got us almost everywhere and was on the same block which was super convenient. We loved staying in the Latin Quarter and will definitely return to this property!

Every interaction with the staff was a delight. All were very helpful, accommodating, and customer focused. The property was well maintained and was evident to a great attention to cleanliness, comfort, and detail. I’ll definitely stay again next time in Paris and will recommend this properly to friends and family or anyone traveling to Paris.

We arrived and learned the hotel elevator was broken. So we had to cart our luggage up 4 floors. When we arrived in the room, it smelled and the AC didn’t work. The room was ridiculously small and only had about 2 feet of space to move around the bed. This was one of their larger rooms. The cleaning people had dirty trash, and bags and bags of dirty sheets and towels in the stairwell and they stored all the cleaning carts at night in the common area downstairs. Also, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the room next to you and outside the door. Parking is a block away, just so you know. The staff was really nice but that didn’t make up for all the problems at this property.

The staff is amazing! Friendly, thoughtful, and considerate, yet perfectly professional. The rooms are a bit on the small side (it’s Paris after all) and impeccably clean. Breakfast is well worth the cost, plentiful, organic Everything a person could expect from a truly European breakfast (not the crummy additive laden US kind) The hotel is centrally located, very close to Metro 7 in the 5th arrondissement, we walked to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, etc We stayed for 7 nights. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and its excellent staff

Wonderful! The location was great, and the staff even greater. We felt very welcome. The subway was just a few steps from the entrance. Quiet neighborhood with cafés and a plaza just a few minutes’ walk away. We opted for the deluxe room for a little extra space and a balcony. The layout made it easy to keep two suitcases open, with plenty of room left for shopping bags and other clutter. Everything was clean and fresh. The fridge was nice and cold. There was always hot water in the shower (though the water pressure could have been better which is the only slightly negative thing I can think of). Would definitely stay again!
