Amazing!
Was simply the best we could have hoped for. The location is so central yet the appartment is tucked in a small "ruelle" and so calm.

Centrally located authentic Parisian
We enjoyed our stay at Table. The layout was perfect for our our family of five and the apartment was warm and comfortable. We did find the plumbing at night quite noisy and it is worth noting that the long passageway entrance is very poorly lit at night. The location is very central, an easy walk to great dining and sight seeing.

Quiet, comfortable, good location
The apartment is in a very busy area but is amazingly quiet, being tucked away in a street level courtyard. Has all the facilities needed for a short stay. Recommended.

Unique, but I would never return in summer
This home is unique and exciting. It is located in a 16th-century building at the end of a 12th-century passageway that opens onto a pretty courtyard with landscaping. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Parisian street-life and provides a quiet respite from the intensity of La Marais.
We had 6 people staying for 7-days and space was ample (by European standards). The kitchen is large with a bar and stools. That said, everyone converged at the large farm table. The washrooms were fine, though the upstairs unit used by our sons had mold and peeling paint around the shower head. The toilets were in a separate closet from the sink and shower areas. I believe the toilet system was taxed by 6-people over 7-days and on occasion, the toilet area smelled like a sewer due to poor venting or under capacity.
During our stay, Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. The home has 3-bedrooms - 1 has no windows; 1 has "French" doors that open onto a public stairway; and, one has a small window that opens onto an airway shaft that was co-opted by pigeons. In all cases, it was difficult to get any ventilation (it might also be difficult to escape during a fire). The bedrooms were stifling. Our hosts provided 3 fans, of which, one was powerful. The other two were cheap tower fans with little air circulation effect. We requested an additional fan from our hosts and were told: "sorry, everyone is hot." I couldn't believe that response. We complained to VRBO and they reached out to the hosts and were told, "there are no more fans for sale in Paris." The next day we walked past several appliance stores brimming with brand new and powerful fans.
Overall, the home was unique, spacious and well located. That said, I would never suggest anyone stay here in the summer during a heatwave. I suspect there are many VRBO options with the same issues - lack of ventilation and no air conditioning - but, you might have a host that could accommodate an additional fan or two. It is not like we were asking for too much. Thank you.

Lovely apartment with a rain-soaked wall, a wet bed, and unconcerned property managers
I will start off by saying that the apartment is lovely. The photos of the property are quite accurate. However, the devil is in the details, especially for a vacation home that is priced on the premium end of the spectrum. From the outset, the apartment smelled moldy. Our disappointing stay, and the tepid concern of the property management company, is detailed below.
Upon check in at the apartment, we noticed that the supposedly keypad-accessed sidewalk door to the building's inner courtyard, was not functioning and open to anyone. This persisted for the first two days of our stay. The inner courtyard is *very* poorly lit and the unlocked street door represented a legitimate security concern. A key fob was delivered by the management company later, but only after I spoke to them about the unacceptable first night of our stay. The door was fixed one day later.
There was rain in Paris the first night. As my wife and I attempted to go to bed after a long day of sightseeing, we recoiled as we laid down on water-soaked pillows, damp sheets, and mattresses that were wet under the pillows. As we looked up, we saw water streams (at least a dozen) running from the ceiling, down the wall, and onto the bed that was pushed flush to the wall. Characteristic paint and drywall damage confirmed what I was thinking: this has been going on for quite some time, recognized or not. This is why the apartment smells moldy.
We put three of our few bath towels on the floor to absorb the rain, and I slept on an extremely uncomfortable couch in the living room. That night, and the next morning, I reached out to Homeaway and the apartment managers to inform them about our night. They sent "the maid" that day to change the linens. The mattresses, from what I could tell, were not changed. The smelly towels on the floor were not collected by the maid, and we placed them in the bidet. I twice reminded the managers to remove these towels when they sent the maid service, to no avail. We also requested a working floor fan to replace the broken one, but this was never delivered.
I still feel like a full night's price should be refunded to me due to the very unusual circumstance of having a soaked bed in such a premium property. Instead, the managers offer one third of a night's cost, since we "got the issue [wet bed, moldy smell everywhere] only in 1 bedroom." As a prospective renter, you must decide if this is reasonable. I have photos, but I cannot put them in the review.

My five friends and I enjoyed La Table.
I would have given it five stars but the living room seating is uncomfortable. The couch is very hard to sit on as is one of the chairs. Both need replacing. We had to put a bedroom pillow on the chair to use it. The couch has three sunken areas to sit. The only place we could all be comfortable was at the lovely table.
Having three bedrooms with their own baths was wonderful. In Paris that is not easy to find. All had more than adequate storage.
I come to Paris often. La Marais is my favorite area of Paris. It is old Paris and close to everything. This apartment is at a great location. We all felt very secure in the apartment. Good security.
The owners are very easy to reach. I never went more than a few hours without a reply before or after our wonderful Paris experience.

Fabulous Apartment in a Prime Location
After having previously stayed in hotels in Paris, this was our first European VRBO experience. We can now enthusiastically recommend this apartment. The location on a one way street in the Marais district is exceptional. That is, it's a half block to the BHV Marais department store and a block and one half to the Hotel de Ville (and the Hotel de Ville metro stop). Notre Dame and the Louvre are 10 minute and 15 minute walks from this central location.
And yet, the apartment is private, quiet, and secluded. To access the residence you first pass through an on-street, keypad secured doorway and walk down a 50 yard long, covered alleyway. At the end of the alleyway is a charming courtyard and the entrance to the spacious apartment.
The interior of the unit is exactly as depicted in the photographs. The living room/dining room is open, airy, and has a 15' ceiling. The kitchen is modern and efficient and the bedrooms are comfortable. And to clarify the unit description, there are three bedrooms, three accompanying sink and shower rooms, and two separate rooms with toilets. For an American, it's a different bathroom layout design than we're accustom to, but it works well.
And special thanks to Gregory who opened the apartment for us and gave us a tour. He was most generous with his time sharing his dining and boulangerie recommendations.
If you can do without a concierge and room service (excellent bistros and a boulangerie are a block away), this is a great option. Enjoy.

Right in the busy Le Marais, this apartment is down an alleyway, off the street and quite quiet. The location is great and the apartment is very nice with lots of light in the main room. Beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in the Marais
My family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed this well located, beautiful Paris Apartment. The outdoor courtyard was a nice place to gather in the late afternoon and enjoy a glass of wine. The agency was very accommodating to our schedule to check in early. The upstairs shower was missing a door which made using the shower head difficult but I suspect they will have addressed that problem.
