Property is undergoing renovations which we have not been told about Our room had no heating and we were there with a new born which is terrible Breakfast was bad they even served expired yogurt, which we told them they apologized and put it back into the fridge… Would not recommend. Uncomfortable Nights Due to Inadequate A/C

During my recent stay at Residence Foch, I encountered significant issues with the air conditioning system. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, and the A/C couldn't be adjusted to a cooler setting. While the system wasn't broken, its inability to be changed made it impossible to create a comfortable sleeping environment. As a result, I had to sleep with the window open, which led to a lot of noise from the street disrupting my sleep. The noise from nearby partying and street activity woke us multiple times throughout the night, further impacting our rest. On a positive note, the hotel itself is nice, the staff is friendly, and the room service is excellent. However, the inflexible A/C system and the resulting noise issues significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the comfort for future guests.

Staffs are friendly. Beds are comfortable. Location is further than from what I would prefer. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the popular shopping area. Although there are some restaurants and grocery stores close by. One complaint is that the apps on smart TV are not able to connect even one of the staffs came in and tried. Another TV couldn’t work. It’s not big deal for us but I am sure some family would really appreciate it.

Not bad for the price

The hotel is fine for a short stay in Paris. My 3 star rating is because there was a hole in the wall in my bathroom. It's clear that it was for access to some pipes, but it could have been tidier and properly secured. It was very off-putting to know that the room wall has a hole in it, with only a loose tile covering it.

Very bad experience. They moved us to a 3 star hotel without even informing us in advance. They said that there is a technical problem with our room only having no water. I asked for the same 4 star hotel replacement but she said there is none available at the price I paid for (of course it is a last minute booking vs what I paid for 3 months ago). She said my option was a refund or to be moved to the 3 star hotel which happens to be owned by the same company. So either option leaves me short handed. The lady was not even sympathetic to our situation and sounded very condescending. I will never book with this hotel again.

Convenient location, only a few minutes walk to the metro stations. The neighborhood is also very safe, and I don’t feel any uncomfortable walking from the station back to hotel after midnight. Very friendly staff. Book the suite and it’s beyond my expectations for the price.
