It was a nice hotel but what they don’t tell you is the a/c thermostat is locked at 33 degrees Celsius. We called down repeatedly for them to lower the air conditioner and they would oblige but only for about thirty minutes then back to 33 ugh!!! The housekeeping is horrible, trash left in room from previous guests and dust everywhere.

Good hotel - very quirky

The staff were very very kind when I had my wallet stolen on the Metro (which is now dangerous particularly around Gare Du Nord). We had to ask for another room because we were offered one without any wardrobe but otherwise it was good. he finishing touches to the rooms are great fun event though they are small.

Close to transit and excellent customer service

Amazing service. Also was very helpful with any information we were curious about. About 5 min walk from the bus or train to go anywhere. Very great location. Very clean rooms and quiet hotel on quiet nice street Great for the price.

The boutique hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, where also has an easy access to the public transportation system, e.g., Metro, in Paris, bars/restaurants, and a couple of grocery stores...recommend it as a hotel option for any travelers in Paris, especially for those who enjoy the environment of montmartre paris

5 Days trip in Paris

Overall is okay. Room size is decent but the toilet and the bathroom which was kind of odd setup. Toilet was by the front of the room and the bath sink was on the opposite side of the room. Breakfast is the same everyday, not much choices so it get bored after the second day. Hotel was very close to Metro so it was easy to go anywhere in Paris which is the plus for the location. A lot restaurant and pastry shop close by.

Lights on the ceiling, lights on the floor. Flashing lights. It took 15 minutes to turn them all off. No where to put your bags or hang anything. A good idea run amok. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Oh, and if you are a single woman, you may want to make sure that your room is not on the ground floor. The window opens right onto the street.

Skip this hotel. Not clean, some staff rude

While most hotel staff was very polite, there was one very, very rude person at the desk. He was not only rude but openly aggressive. Not a good feeling when you're traveling alone and don't feel safe and comfortable in your own hotel! I see it as not only his fault but also the management's fault who failed to properly train their personnel. He wouldn't give me his name but to help the management identify him: he was on duty on Nov 4, at around 9 or 10 pm, black, not tall (there was another black guy, skinny and taller; he was very nice, polite and professional!). The hotel is nicely designed, and I had a good initial impression. But later on I noticed that it wasn't very clean (see pic). It was kind of hard to see in the dim light but when I turned on my flashlight I saw that the sheets weren't clean at all. So, pick another hotel. There are plenty of other options.

Nice hotel with so much potential. The decor was stunning. Good location - close to metro. However, the room was not cleaned considering the price per night. The carpet was black so you could see every bit of dirt. The bed cove was just thrown on and no toiletries. Really disappointing on my finance's first visit to Paris. Disappointing hotel amenities.

The bed was very comfortable and the employees were very helpful. We were in a suite which also had a huge bathroom and hot tub that we used every single night. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train and in a nice neighborhood to just walk around in. Several bakeries and cafes within a few minutes walk and two small grocers. I really wish all the hotels I stay in were as great as this one!
