amazing location and very comfortable. slept soundly every night before our day. beautifully appointed, its one of the few properties that look even better in real life! The property manager was also very reachable and prompt in answering our questions. One of the perks is the le deux magots and cafe de flore are literally a 3 min walk down the stairs and past a pedestrian plaza. so we could go in the morning when it opened before all the crowds arrived. The church of St Germain de Pres was also in the same small plaza. Monoprix was a block away, making supplies easy to obtain.

Great location and very large space with 2 large and comfortable sofas. On the second floor with fast lift. TV needs update! That 2000’s very small TV with terrible sound and only 20 inch needs replacing. Also could use a TV in the primary bedroom. New TV’s use WiFi and doesn’t need a cable wire for installation. Location in courtyard is very quiet. Kitchen has a table for breakfast is very nice. Location is great near Deux Maggots is handy with Monoprix close. Check in is a breeze and communication is wonderful on WhatsApp. Showers had lots of hot water without interruption. It’s an A experience for sure. (Except for tv situation).

We had such a wonderful time in Paris and absolutely loved our stay here. The owners were kind, welcoming, and very helpful in their communication. The location was perfect- close to walk, take the metro, or grab a taxi or bus to anything you want to see. There are wonderful restaurants and shops right around the corner. The property manager found me on WhatsApp before the trip, which was a great way to communicate. We were met at the apt and given a tour & instructions. The apt is as described & depicted in the photos. The complex is very quiet, clean & safe. The unit is up one flight of stairs. There is an elevator, which was handy for transporting my giant, heavy suitcase. AC in both bedrooms & LR, kept the apt sufficiently cool during our July visit. The full sized fridge & freezer was a plus! The area is lovely, clean & safe. Cafes, bakeries, food markets within 2-3 blocks. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure & hot water was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. If we did need to take a taxi we could walk out our door and flag one down. The apartment is clean, well stocked, safe and quiet. It is located near grocery and retail shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Seine River and Le Louvre are just a short walk away. It was everything we were hoping for while staying in Paris. The host was helpful and very available with any questions we had during our stay. They even set up transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend.
