The location of the hotel is great. However, I was not comfortable with the bed condition, sheets ( that washed but a lot of marks on) and same with towels ( discussing. It was expensive for the value of the hotel… I was not happy

Initially wasn't allowed to take my luggage ( a bike bag containing a disassembled bicycle which didn't need to be accessed) into my room nor could be stored elsewhere within the hotel. I will not return.

Great little hotel in a nice safe neighbourhood with some good local food and drink options. Clean, quiet, great shower, comfy bed, air-conditioning, friendly staff.

Great economy hotel. Would stay again & recommend

Convenient location to Place Republique with several metro lines and buses as well as restaurants. Felt safe at night as a solo female. Hotel room was spacious though bathroom was tiny but efficient. Bed was comfy. Had lots of much needed lighting. Appreciated the tea/coffee maker for those cold winter nights. Room was modern and clean. Would stay again.

Room perfectly sized for a solo traveller and equipped with a kettle. Out of four nights, one had a fair amount of noise outside but the others were perfectly fine. Location is good, close to some lovely cafes and well linked to public transportation.

Lovely little gem of a place

Very welcoming and supportive friendly staff! Although the corridor to the room was very narrow, the room itself was lovely. Small room but all the space and facilities one person needs. Super comfortable bed, very clean, bright. Convenient location from train station (only 20min walk from Gare du Nord), and easy walk into busy/tourist areas and food outlets. As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would consider staying here again if I were to visit Paris again.

Excellent staff and customer service

Super friendly staff. Really helpful and informative. Helped me a lot when I had to store my luggage at the hotel until the evening the day I check out. Room is small especially the toilet, but clean and can’t complain with the location (3mins walk from metro station) and the pricing. One thing to noted, the room window is facing to the street and it might be a bit noisy in the early morning when people walked past and vehicles driving past Overall it was a hotel with good service I felt welcome.

Pretty good location. Staff were friendly. But here are a couple major issues. The room felt like 80 degrees, in cold fall weather. The bed covers are very thick. The guests cannot control the temperature on the thermostat. I sweat through two nights of no sleep. After the first night I mentioned this to staff, who said they will happily set the desired temp. “Just call us next time” Well, at 1 am the next night , we were hot and sweating, again. I was in no mood to make an international call to set the thermostat. I was also half naked and didn’t want to dress up to go down to reception desk! The other basic thing that was not satisfied was the broken safe. I believe this was mentioned in a prior review, also. I mentioned that to the staff *twice, and nothing was ever done. I would sadly probably avoid this hotel in the future, since I couldn’t sleep.
