Location was good for Montmarte/Pigalle - close to Montmartre, the cemetary, Moulin Rouge, music village, etc. but for me I prefer to be more central in the Marais. The room wasn't bad, a few issues with lights not working etc but overall pretty good. Friendly staff. I liked the rooftop.

The location is excellent. If staying with children I’d recommend getting off at Place de Clichy metro if you want to avoid walking past all the sex shops. The only down side was it was very noisy at night, lots of late night revellers outside which was a bit frustrating when trying to sleep. Otherwise our stay was lovely, the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

We stayed during a hot spell. The rooms had a fan but it was difficult to cool off. The surrounding area is an active night spot. Just a block away was the red light area, a block in the other direction was decent restaurants. Easy access to the metro.

Excellent location, very close to the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, but in a quiet side road away from busy traffic. The apartment had everything we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. It's also surprisingly spacious for Paris. The only thing they could do with is air-conditioning in the rooms and breakfast hall - we struggled in the recent heat wave; but the fans provided helped.
