The staff was nice. The rooms are small, I believe it’s normal for an older building in France, but nice. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop, metro, and bus also close to the Eiffel Tower.

Never again

Stayed here for 8 days for the Olympics in room 31. Worst stay I have ever had in Paris from a hotel perspective. Will NEVER use this hotel again. Not worth the €3100 total cost. Rooms are very tiny which is not unusual for Paris. Noticed several gnats in the room during our stay immediately upon arrival. From the start, our mini-refrigerator did not work. This issue was immediately reported to the front desk. We were told the issue would be resolved by the next business day. No one ever came. So we reported the issue again the following day and was told by a lady on the evening shift that the person that can fix the mini-refrigerator would be back in the morning to resolve the issue. Again, no one ever came. In the meantime, we would ask the front desk to store our wine and sodas. Staff were semi-ok with this but some staff seemed annoyed. What we did notice was that our beverages were labeled with our room number and on several occasions we were given bottles/sodas with other guests room number so this clued me in that other guests were possibly having the same issue as well. We asked the front desk to keep our beverages in their refrigerator because when we asked was their ice available we were looked at oddly and told they didn't have ice. Showers/tubs were slow draining. Infact, water that smelled like sewage would back up into our tub on several occasions and left the entire room smelling like raw sewage for a few hours. Hotel was near restaurants and shopping.

Hakim, the manager, was wonderful! Third floor facing street has peekaboo view of the Eiffel Tower. Steps from Place du Trocadéro. A short walk to Avenue de Victor Hugo and shopping. Short walk across the bridge to the Eiffel Tower. A longer walk to the Arc d’Triomphe. Residential feel in the city.
