L’accueil n’était pas au rendez-vous. Une fois à l’accueil, on m’a fait patienter au moins 30mn. Apres on m’a attribué une chambre mais une fois monté dans ma chambre, ma grande surprise est de decouvrir une chambre en desordre avec une tonne de drats qui trainent par terre. Je suis descendu à l’accueil pour signaler ce desagrement. Une deuxieme chambre m’est attribuée, il s’agit d’une chambre d’hadicapé avec l’ odeur des egouts. A 19h30mn, je suis reveillé par l’alarme et le lendemain matin à 8h30mn pareil l’alarme à declancher de nouveau. C’est la premiere fois apres avoir parcouru les hotels en france, dubai, en Afrique que j’ai vecu ce calvaire.

Très mauvais hôtel, nous avions reservés des chambres depuis 2 semaines. En arrivant, l'hotel s'est permis d'annuler notre reservation, pourtant il est ecrit sur le site qu'ils ne peuvent annuler que s'il n'y a pas de reponse de notre part avant 23h59, nous etions sur le chemin venant de Strasbourg nous sommes arrivés à 22h, l'hotel nous a appelé en numero inconnu. L'hôtel a voulu nous faire payer des chambres plus cher. A éviter

A mon arrivée, la chambre enpestait fortement la cigarette , moi qui ne suis pas fumeuse jai eue du mal... De plus jai pas compris pourquoi jai dû paier 11€ et quelques a mon arrivee a l'accueil, alors que la somme de la réservation etait deja déduite pour 2 nuits. Je n'avais pas reçu d'information comme quoi le ( Parking était payant ) , jai eue du mal a trouver une place pour ma voiture durant tout mon séjour car , jai l'habitude des hotels avec parkings gratuits. Bref .... Le ménage avait l'air d'avoir été fait a la va vite...pas assez de papiers toilette, pas de télécommande télé, la télé etait bloquée uniquement sur la une. Et une fois elle est allumée on ne sait plus l'éteindre au même endroit brf gros bazar. La pièce n'était Pas assez lumineuse , toutes les veilleuses ( ampoules ) ne donnaient pas, chambre sombre....

Beaucoup de temps à l'accueil car il n'y a avait personne à la réception. Au bout d'un moment quelqu'un a fini par arriver, il y avait alors 5 personnes devant moi. Je suis repassé devant la réception 1h30 après, il n'y avait de nouveau personne et des gens qui patientaient depuis quelque temps.
