"The hotel served our purpose. The bed was very comfortable. When we first checked into the room, we noticed the seat on the toilet was broken. It was replaced within 20 minutes of calling the head desk. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. The hotel is on the main corridor, so expect lots of traffic noise."

"Booked a standard city view room with a King Bed, the room was quite small (not a lot of room between the bed and the table/desk) but practical. A nice assortment of teas provided plus coffee pods and a fridge. I appreciated the bottled water to use for coffee since Waterloo water is soft and doesn't taste great. Comfortable bed and large pillows, plus bath robes and shampoo, etc. provided. A convenient location and friendly service - with the option to text front desk with any requests. Would stay again."

"Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap” one could buy. The faucet spout in the tub was completely separated from the wall. When turned on, the hot water pipes screamed like an animal being slowly eaten alive. The A/C unit was “secured” to the window by Red Green himself (duct-tape for those unfamiliar with the reference). And the beds were outfitted with two miserly pillows accompanied by a single sheet and thin blanket. This room had all the charm of a heavily medicated iguana."
