Use the full kitchen to assemble a delicious and refreshing beverage to enjoy out on the furnished balcony. When it's time to enjoy a home-cooked meal, you'll have four breakfast bar chairs and a dining table with seating for two to take advantage of. Head down to the beach for a day of sun and sand on the gulf then come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower. You can use the elevator to easily access this 12th-floor suite, even with an armload of fresh groceries! The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to do a little research for those last-minute projects. You'll love basking under the central AC and ceiling fans to stay cool on a hot summer afternoon and you can always head down to the shared pool for a good swim.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
