Perfect condo at Tidewater

We had a GREAT stay at this condo! The view from this unit was beautiful! It was very convenient that it’s located on the second floor as we never had to wait for an elevator. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of seating options in the main areas. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Winter Getaway

Beautiful Condo just as described, very spacious, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The bathroom is beyond beautiful. Matt was very responsive to any questions we had. Enjoyed our stay there and would recommend as a great place to stay.

Wedding Anniversary Celebration

The condo was excellent, Matt and Dede are awesome hosts and the weather was near perfect for the New Year week. The fireworks at the pier were amazing this year.

Loved the condo and the location. The only feedback would be grease the door hinges of bedrooms. They were super loud and squeaky and declutter porch so there is more room to move around and feel comfortable sitting: would definitely stay here again! Will probably book next momcation soon to secure! Thanks for the stay!

Love 2nd floor at Tidewater! Unit felt bigger than the pictures show. Minor issues with cleaning but understand how hard it is to find someone that does that well. Would stay again no question.

Tidewater unit 205

We loved everything unit 205 offered! From the time we arrived we found check in was very simple and the staff very helpful. Access to and from the condo was extremely easy being on the same floor as the garage crosswalk. We found the condo to be very spacious and clean for a family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would possibly need and the views were amazing. The condo owners, Matt & Deidre were very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We were so impressed with our stay that we asked to extend our stay another night. I would highly recommend unit 205!

The condo is amazing. There was trash under the beds in the 2nd bedroom. The elevator is terrible so being on the 2nd floor is great. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a great experience with this exact property! Host is very helpful and extremely easy to reach and communicate with. I know other people who have stayed at this complex complain about the elevators and that is what makes this listing awesome, you do not have to content with the long lines and extreme wait times for the elevator. Would stay here again!

Perfect Location

We have stayed in quite few beach resorts over the years but this unit at the Tidewater Beach Resort is my new favorite. The owners communicate everything you may need to know ahead of time and if they forgot anything they left notes, tips and instructions posted in the unit. They also have a some pool and beach equipment just in case you arrive under prepared. The unit was clean and decorated nicely! We definitely plan on returning.

Large Condo-Great Location, Beautiful Views

Pros: Location within PCB is great and the location of the condo within the Tidewater Resort is perfect (no elevators necessary, nice and quiet). Condo is large and spacious, nice layout. Cons: Cleanliness was lacking this stay, and this condo is in need of a deep clean. Upon arrival, the condo had a significant musty/mildew odor (makes me wonder if this condo has humidity/moisture issues). There was mildew in the showers and toilets upon arrival. Master bath shower had hairs and soap scum residue. There was old water in the Keurig in the kitchen, along with grease splatters on the wall behind the oven and the side of the refrigerator. Pantry had expired food items. Bedrooms had debris under the beds. Nearly all the linens/bedding/towels had stains. These finds were surprising to us since our previous stays in the 1 bedroom condo down the hall (same owners) were always so clean.

To pick a word -- Perfect!

We had a great time! Enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. It's a beautiful complex with many amenities. Very neat & clean, nicely decorated & everything in working order. We let our hosts know we couldn't find the beach towels & without hesitation, they had some brought to us. Thank you, Matt & Dede, for being great hosts! Joe & Mary

Shortess stay ever

Unfortunately we weren't able to stay at this location due to home engulfed in mold. Very disgusting couldn't even get door to open all the way. Floor had bubbled throughout the condo.

Great Vacation spot.

We stayed on the second floor room 205 really nice and clean condo. perfect floor for people with mobility issues. No elevators to deal with if we return, we will choose this room or others that Matt and Dea may own.

Perfect for our family

We went with my in-laws and our four boys ages 6, 4, 2, & 3 months. We could not have been happier with this rental. It was beautiful, spacious and cozy inside The whole visit was wonderful for them, mostly due to the convenience of this rental unit. They had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand buckets to play with. The kids cried when we had to leave because they loved it so much. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony and the beach is down just a few stairs away, I cannot imagine anyone not loving this unit and we are so thankful it was available for our visit.

This was a beautiful stay with a great location. 10 out of 10 would recommend. While it is a rental condo, the touch of home the owners have added makes it a place to want to come back to after a long day enjoying the beach and attractions PCB offers.
