Great Unit!

Our family was extremely impressed with Tidewater 2808! Extremely clean and updated, comfortable, all needs provided for, even beach chairs!! Beautiful view. Property owner was easy to work with and a great communicator!

Stunning

Room and view was amazing. Laura was awesome and answered all questions I had prior to arriving. Only complaint was the elevator waits but that’s not the owners fault. High volume times were 3-8pm so we took the stairs a few times definitely not recommended but due to very long elevator wait times it was worth it. Staff at facility was great trying to correct the wait times best they could by overriding them but still long. Would definitely stay again!

Short Spring Break Trip

The only issue was elevators. There was always a wait especially if you were using carts. For the most part the facility does assist with operators during busy days or check-ins so be on island time and plan accordingly if you have a larger group. We had a group of four so wait wasn’t terrible and we avoided parking garage elevator all together. The unit we rented was great and as described. Definitely will consider this place when returning.

Spring break

We loved staying at Tidewater and this condo. The views were amazing and it had everything available that we needed. The master bed was so comfortable and we loved relaxing on the sectional. We will definitely look at staying here again next time we go to PCB.

Great Location and Amenities

The Tidewater condo was an amazing location right on the gulf and on the 28th floor. My family had an amazing time at the two pools and on the beach. The condo itself was spacious and clean for all 8 of us. It has everything you need to cook and even a crockpot. We would definitely come back but things to note. There were some elevator wait times especially during peak check in and out. The cause is everyone bringing a ton of stuff for check in/out and everyone dragging carts around with beach items so there is less space on each elevator. We didn't have a ton of issues as we planned to not have to go back to the room often and made sure to bring what we needed when we did leave. Just plan for a bit of extra time when using the elevators and remember you are on vacation.

It was wonderful! Gorgeous! Owners communication was amazing.

Wish we would've known they rented on their own to avoid the extra fees. Found out after checking in we could've been gifted the owners two chairs and umbrella for no extra fee at their discretion. Would definitely rent again from her but thru her next home. It was a beautiful home.

Very nice condo

My wife and I were pleased to see that the condo was as nice as the pictures and description led us to believe. The owner was very quick respond when I contacted her with a minor issue (beeping smoke detector like back-up battery was weak-it happens) didn’t hesitate to contact her maintenance guy and get him involved. This part isn’t meant as a ding on condo, but if you do much cooking, take your own knives and check with owner ahead of time to be sure the kitchen has what you need. It is stocked, but not sure the last time it was inventoried. Saying that, we would definitely stay again. As far as the elevators go, you’re on vacation, relax and be patient. When it’s super busy, the staff take over the elevators to speed it along as best they can.

This property is just as shown in the listing, beautiful!! It is a 14 minute walk to Pier Park and the shops. The owner was very friendly during our interactions. In the reviews I read prior to renting people complained about the elevators, personally I did not have any issues with the elevator.
