Unfortunately, the condo was not very clean. Lots of dust it was beautifully designed and in a great location. Only one elevator was working during my stay, which was communicated to me the day I was arriving. I was there on a holiday weekend so it was a little difficult getting from the 23rd floor to the beach or to my car but otherwise it was a decent place to stay.

This condo is absolutely amazing, top notch!!! All the decorations and finishes are high end, reserved parking is great and right next to the elevator also has easy access down to the beach. The view is breath taking and location allows easy access to everything in town. The host was great and accessible….100% recommend!!!

Condo was in great shape We felt like we were walking on shells trying to not bring sand in and have everything exactly like it was when we came. Down to pillow arrangements. " Not owners fault, but elevators did not work properly and according to reviews have not in sometime. Sometimes a 20 minute wait.

Sky high breathtaking views

From stepping into the beautifully decorated condo to stepping onto the balcony with views that stretch as far as your eyes can see. I have nothing negative to say about this house property. Don’t help to book this gems on the beach

Summer 2025

We really excited about the view. It was excellent to watch the weather and the marine life. The condo was exactly as listed and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the large balcony that everyone could enjoy at the same time and all furniture was high quality. There was construction on the elevators that caused concern due to the wait time of the elevators and the noises heard while on them. We did rent a golf cart however they were not allowed on property or even in the parking garage that we actually paid for… I did not appreciate that we were not allowed to utilize the spaces and everything was posted as being a tow away zone. Although the condo looked clean, within just the time it took for us to unpack the bottom of our feet were black and the floor felt sticky. I know that the renters are to clean up prior to leaving but I felt as though the floors were not cleaned and the room did not smell sanitized. However, we wore socks and it was just fine.We also had an issue with the smokers on the property. We were not allowed to enjoy our time on the balcony fully due to the amount of cigarettes and weed being smoked. We did report this and the staff stated they would notify security. I’m not sure anything else could have been done but this did put a damper on our visit. The water took an exceptionally long time to heat up and it didn’t last long enough for all of us to have a warm shower. This is the nicest condo we’ve experienced.

Relaxing stay

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, it had everything we needed in kitchen, beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays and dolphins. I cant say enough good things about it. Our stay was great!

My wife and I spent our 35th anniversary here. this condo had everything you needed for the two weeks we were there The room was on the 23rd floor which is the top floor and you have a penthouse view . My wife didn’t think she would like to be up that high but she really enjoyed it once she got use to it

This condo is on the 23rd floor. Very clean, with comfy beds. Bring your binoculars, as we were delighted to see dolphins from the balcony! Bring basket style coffee filters. Even though the listing said pets are not allowed, there was a lot of what seemed to be pet hair on the living room rug.

Great experience! I’ve been staying in condos at the beach for many years now and this was one of the best stocked kitchen I have stayed in. This condo is beautifully decorated. Convenient to everything, great beach access. We hope to stay here again next year!

We had a great stay. The balcony was very spacious, with lots of comfortable seating, and had the most beautiful view. The condo was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and stocked with anything you need to cook with. You should bring any spices or other condiments needed as there is only salt and pepper, so prepare for that in advance. Beach was so close to the condo it was easy to run back and forth when needed. Expect a short wait for the elevators, at times, especially on the weekends when there are more people checking in and out. Lots of fun places to go within walking distance. Our favorite restaurants were Runaway Island and Sharky’s, (which has a really cool playground for kids.) If you don’t mind driving, or taking an Uber, another favorite was Boon Docks. Highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.

Great vacation at a great condo !

It was fantastic, really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef ! Looking forward to coming back in the fall ! The condo was amazing and the view was beautiful. Would highly recommend!
