Rough start, but good stay

We arrived to a hot condo. I immediately let the owners know, but we were unable to resolve the AC problem. The owners were very nice about it, but offered no concession or remediation for being in a room for 24 hours with AC (80-81 temps that night and the next day till 3 PM) VRBO support is a JOKE! They cut me off several times! After the AC was fixed we had a good trip. 1/3 of our vacation was lost, but managed to get through the other 2/3 just fine. I appreciate the response, but we dealt with hardly any sleep and a day without air in 90 weather at the beach. Hopefully someone will check before the next stay. GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH VRBO SUPPORT! Terrible!!!

Perfect Getaway

This is my 3rd time staying at Top of the Gulf, each time in a different room. No matter the room, this place never disappoints. It’s less than a 2 minute walk from your room to the sand, the tool is amazing, and every employee I’ve ran into at this resort is super friendly. 10/10 recommended to anyone looking for some beach fun!
