Internet didnt work good, pool closed at dark, room was not very clean , bobs couldn't keep there grill working, and there was only one elevator working, wouldn't recommend not worth the money

Home Depot has next day Dryer delivery

Pros: Great location to the beach and nearby PCB amenities. The pools are large and onsite restaurant and bar is a plus. The room offers most everything they have advertised. Porch views of the beach are great Cons: Dryer did not work, and was texted it would be replaced. However, this did not happen. If you want the to hear the sound of the waves from the patio, you’ll be disappointed as you’ll get to hear whatever music the restaurant decides to play until they close. The bed is like sleeping on a rock, if you like a super firm mattress maybe this isn’t a con? 2/4 elevators were down, and this property is massive. So getting on the elevator was a process. While it says you get beach and pool access, you have to pay an additional $27 at the front desk to get wrist bands and “free parking” pass as these weren’t left available in the room as I expected they would be. The room did not have a trash bags as advertised, which wasn’t the end of the world as we’d brought our own. Misc: The resort is very large, so there is a ton of guests who much of which smoke, drink, and listen to loud music and act unruly. I’m not opposed to this behavior, but if you’re looking for a tranquil beach getaway, this maybe the wrong place. But if you’re 4/20 friendly and looking for a loud active resort this could be for you! The property doesn’t not have anything other then pots/pans utensils etc… do not forgot salt/pepper, coffee filters, oil, or anything else in the kitchen

Immediately when we walked in there were sheets laying in the hallway and it had an odor. The balcony door had tape on it to hold the glass in which was extremly unsafe. The washing machine leaked water everytime we ran a load. There was a machine plugged in on the counter leaking into the sink. The shower did not look clean and there were cockroaches running around everywhere in the condo.
