Alquilamos de sábado a sábado. durante las vacaciones de primavera, mediados de mayo, verano a mediados de octubre. Algunos alquileres de 3-5 noches y fines de semana están disponibles durante fines de otoño y finales de primavera o para reservas ocasionales de última hora. No se requiere depósito de seguridad en efectivo para las familias.

BAJA 3ª PLANTA UNIDAD FINAL Capacidad 10 - 12 2 o 3 familias pueden disfrutar del plano de planta muy inusual de este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. Hay una Master Suite privada separada que se encuentra junto al resto del condominio con una cama King, cocina completa, baño completo con bañera / ducha y balcón privado frente al mar. La parte principal del condominio tiene otra Master Suite y baño privado en suite. El tercer dormitorio tiene un conjunto de literas tamaño queen muy resistentes. Gran sala tiene un sofá cama queen. Todas las habitaciones y la gran sala tienen acceso al balcón con vista directa al mar. Un colchón de aire de tamaño queen puede estar en el condominio pero no está garantizado. Beautiful views, elevator takes FOREVER so plan about an hour to wait when you're checking out. Hot tub overcrowded. Otherwise, decent stay.

Spring break family trip

We enjoyed our stay every thing that you needed was in the condo the kids loved the pools. If I had anything bad to say is that the 1out of 3 showers needs some updating but it function as it should and got the job done. We will definitely look at this place again when we decide to take the grandkids back to the beach.

Good just needs attention

We had some maintenance concerns and once shared they were addressed rather quickly. That said we love the place and the resort, This unit needs some attention as there are easy remedies to make this place great! Too many items to share in one week as we would have maintenance guys sharing our space for much of the week. Plus we have done this trip a lot and know we makes things great. That said we make the best of what we get and certainly did that. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Let me start by saying 'Always read reviews before booking". Had I taken the time to read previous guest comments I would not have booked. I did message with owner to ask if all the negative issues mentioned had been taken care of. He responded to only one issue which was cleanliness. I will not go into all details but let's just say I realize everyone has a different standard of cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep. For my family and I it did not meet our standards. Based on the rates I was expecting much more than motel standards. I did not feel comfortable cooking in this kitchen, even if it were clean enough there wasn't proper supplies to make a meal. The washing machine reeked with nastiness. The condo was very roomy and could be amazing but it's going to need some time, attention and money spent on it. I would not recommend this motel/condo unit, nor would I ever stay in it again. As far as SPLASH it is great for young children.

Worst condo I have stayed in

I was looking to book our annual family trip a little late this year. Only a few options to pick I settled on this property for a decent price and seemingly some fun water activities for my kids. At first glance the condo looked nice, but within an hour there was a leak from the ceiling, loose bathroom fixtures, flickering lights in 2 rooms, sand on the floor and just a general sense of uncleanliness. The finishes are just poor. That feeling remained throughout the entire trip in addition to the 2 giant cockroaches we found after coming home from dinner. That set the tone for the remaining trip as everyone was grossed out and disgusted to say the least Beds were not very comfortable with cheap mattresses that squeak. There are (2) bowls, a few pans and very little cooking utensils. This for a condo that clearly is set up to accommodate large parties. There is nowhere to put luggage except on the ground— which was not going to happen being we found the roaches. In the bunk room there is a large closet that the the kids shut one of the adults in when they were looking for a luggage rack, be cautious because that door locks and does not open but from the outside— a kid could easily lock themselves in Elevators were packed and hard to get into. Waterpark was nice with nice pools, though beware young kids and teenagers completely overtook the hot tub I’m talking 8-15 kids jammed in there for all day everyday. Just a note nothing the property could do about it.

Fun place to stay

We love Splash Resort. Have stayed here before. It has so many things to keep your family busy and entertained. It was clean quiet and easy check in though wish check in was sooner then 4pm ( makes it hard when driving 12 hours , gotta get food which makes it go into evening hours. My only negatives would be the refrigerator wasnt working correctly. I called. Texted, and emailed both Vrbo and the manager several times with never a response ( left messages) .we had to keep food in tiny frig in the joining room all week so food didnt spoil. Had to walk back and fourth to cook etc. And no broom .lastly , the pots/pans and utensils could be updated. We struggled to cook because everything stuck and utensils were broke or worn out. We just bought a broom and a few utensils to make things easier. Overall, recommend staying at Splash Resort especially if you have a large family.

Great place to stay with a family.Plenty of room and easy access to beach. Just needed a broom to keep the floor swept.Very clean except floors needed mopping but we are looking forward to returning next year,same place!!

Gorgeous view

This was a spacious condo for 9 guests was clean and had a gorgeous view. However registration fees doubled upon arrival, there weren't enough forks for the number of guests, both king beds made loud noises when anyone moved, no dresser in the bunk room, no broom to sweep up unavoidable sand, and very little storage for food items.

Double red flags

The weather and the water with the rip tide warnings were beyond anyones control we were comfortable in the spacious rooms. The balconies were super, so many to enjoy looking at the ocean and beach area. I would recommend this room to others,

Beautiful Location

Our stay was wonderful. 3rd floor was great for when elevators were packed we could just walk up. It is as described and as it is in the photos. The housekeeper could do a better job cleaning under beds and vents, and the ice maker was not working. We let the owner know of all issues when we first arrived. It was overall a wonderful week.

Good for the price

The unit was very large with all 3 bedrooms having a gulf-front balcony with plenty balcony furniture. The 2nd king suite was very large. The furnishings throughout were updated and different from the pics online. The bunk bed room did not have ANY drawer storage which was very inconvenient for my 3 teen granddaughters. There was plenty closet space with hangers though. The girls said every time someone moved on top, it was very noisy. The 2 king bed rooms slept well though in our opinion. The issue was lack of cleanliness. It just needed a deep cleaning. Ice maker still not fixed since waiting on parts. We just bought bagged ice and put in a freezer bin. There were not enough forks and spoons for 9. We just bought plastic and used. There were adequate cooking pans for breakfast. We ate out at night except for one shrimp boil and there cooking pans there for that. The live tv had VERY limited channels, but good internet so we logged into our own Hulu live and were able to get what we watched at home. On the last day, the master bedroom TV stopped working though. It didn’t inconvenience us being the last night. I did report it promptly so hopefully they replaced or repaired for next renters. The 3rd floor end unit was next to stairwell which we used very often. Just keep in mind that it is ground level, lobby level, 1st, 2nd, then 3rd. So several steps if packing stuff up, but very handy going down. We had no issues checking in at office at 3:30 to get parking and wristbands. There were plenty of carts. The Splash complex is just in need of a facelift and deep cleaning. But the grandkids liked the various pool options but said the water was freezing. Always in the shade pretty much. We rented beach chairs for the week. I think it was around $35 a day. We were told since we were renting on our own and they weren’t provided by the owner that we would have the same chairs all week and no need to come down daily. So that was awesome, but were told if the chairs came with the rental that people had to check in each morning at 9 to get new chair assignment, and there was a line at the chair hut every morning by 8:15. So I was glad this unit did NOT come with chairs. I feel for the total price I paid for fall break that it was a good value. Especially compared to other places I had checked. I wouldn’t stay here if just adults going, but for family with young kids, it has all you need.

Needs Maintenance

AC quit working. A friend who stayed with me actually does heating and air work. So he was able to keep us cool. I did call and report the ac wasn't working. Not sure if anyone came or not? Ice maker didn't work in the fridge. It actually leaked water all over the kitchen floor. The cabinet doors were about to fall off the cabinets. The toilet in the main bathroom didn't want to flush. Coffee pot did not work. Washing machine kept showing a code and didn't want to work. Overall the condo needs a lot of maintenance. Would not recommend to anyone.

Condo very dirty!!!! Worst condo I stayed at at splash!

I love splash! However this condo was the worst I ever stayed in. It was decorated nice but the cleanliness was absolutely horrible. Everything was dirty, many broken things also. There was trim in both bathrooms that was off it had a rusty nail sticking out of it. The washer was full with mold unusable it smelled horrible. The dryer was filled with sand. All the dishes were dirty and just thrown in the cabinets. Cabinet doors were breaking off. All the appliances and the front of the cabinets were filthy dirty. The countertop was filthy dirty. Ice build up in the freezer. The TV was broken being held up by a TV remote. There was a broken painting under the bed. Bathroom towel rack broken off the wall. The bathroom door knob was broken. I'm pretty sure somebody already a review about that and it still has not been fixed. Looks like they literally swept everything under the beds. Sand was in the bathtub never cleaned out. My husband, myself and children spent a couple hours cleaning everything up. I did reach out to the owner to let him know how filthy everything was he was willing to send somebody to clean I explained to him this is my vacation and it should have already been done!!! I asked him for a cleaning fee to be removed and he never even got back to me. All my stuff was already in the condo and I was not going to stop my vacation to have cleaners come when this should have already been done before I arrived!!!! It's totally unacceptable. I drove 24 hours and had to clean on vacation.Don't try to make something better after the fact!! I was trying to enjoy my vacation I wasn't going to have cleaners come in when all my stuff is in there. As far as I'm concerned the whole place needs to be totally deep cleaned. If they are paying somebody to clean they are getting ripped off because they are not doing their job. I have pictures and documentation of all the damage and dirt and grime. Seems like owner does not care. I have never ever had to write a review until now. Very disappointed with this condo. They have many good reviews but my stay was definitely horrible. Like I said splash is awesome,The decorations were nice but it was totally filthy and unacceptable. I've stayed in hotels and condos all around the US and never as dirty as this. It's like they came in and made the bed and put fresh towels and that was it. I paid a lot of money for this condo and had to clean definitely not worth the money!!! I will never stay at this condo again

Great location, great view

Great location, low floor. The condo was very clean with nice decorations. My only complaint was the master bed was TERRIBLE! It was very broken down and noisy. Anytime one of us moved or tried to get on and off of the bed it would wake the other person up. We ended up putting our pillows at the foot of the bed and sleeping that way, it was literally like sleeping in a hole. That’s my only complaint as we didn’t sleep very well because of the bed. Other than that the kids loved the pools, and the location is great right on the beach with a beautiful view.
