This place is NASTY. While we wanted to get things fixed so we could stay communication was horrible. They do not have 24-7 customer service don’t even think about calling the emergency number they hang up. The bed had blood, iurin and mold on it. The dishes were not clean. And the oven didn’t close. We tried to get it fixed, nobody wants to have to move rooms. Finally, the next morning we got ahold of someone and they assured it would be fixed. Well… it wasn’t. They came in and threw a sheet on top of a blood, urin and mold mattress. Oven was never fixed and pots and pans remained dirty. Checked out and called the health department. And guess what. It was a new matress when they got there. Uh-oh Palazzo I’ve got timed stamp photos. Shame on you and the manager not returning phone calls. I would not rent from the person who manages there. He/she lies and does not care about your health. Many disease are caught by urin, blood and mold. Don’t stay here.
