We've stayed in PCB every year for 18 years (except the year of oil spill), and this unit stands out as the cleanest, best kept unit. There were so many extras and so much thoughtfulness for the guest experience. Amber truly goes above and beyond. The parking and check-in process were the easiest of anywhere we've stayed. I loved the simplicity of registering for parking online and not having to scan or be stopped by a gate...just drive in! This condo is in the more quiet west end of PBC, so it was mostly families and not as crowded. We didn't have long waits for the elevators, and of course loved the climate-controlled walkover from the parking deck. The room itself was immaculate, and I'm extremely picky. Everything was in perfect order...the linens, showers, washer/dryer, kitchen, furniture. And all the furniture worked as it should (all drawers and doors/handles opened/closed well) The unit was the perfect size for our family of four, but the living room is larger than most units, so there's definitely room for six. The kitchen was beyond well-stocked and all the extra beach gear would be perfect for anyone who forgot things or doesn't vacation enough to invest in their own items. She even has a binder with local info for people who aren't familiar with the area. We also loved the guest book on the coffee table and the cute tic-tac-toe game.We'll definitely be staying with Young's Vacation Rentals again! 10/10 experience.
