We stayed at this property for two weeks, and overall, the experience was a bit of a letdown compared to what we expected. The home is in a beautiful location and has a lot of potential, but several issues impacted our stay.Before arrival, there was some frustrating confusion regarding the beach chair service. When I reached out to ask if there was anything I needed to do, I was initially told it was not included and saw that it had been removed from the listing. I pointed out that it was included when we booked, and they later confirmed it would be provided. I appreciated that they corrected this, but the back and forth right before our vacation created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.The biggest issue was the dryer not functioning properly. We reported it early in our stay, and while management attempted to address it, the issue was especially frustrating because it was not resolved during our two-week stay. For a large group, not having a working dryer during an extended vacation was extremely inconvenient. Management provided complimentary laundry service as a workaround, which we appreciated, but it did not offer the same convenience as having a working appliance in the home. They also compensated us at the end of our stay, which we appreciated.Another area that could really elevate this property is cleanliness and attention to detail. The home has a lot of potential, but it was clear that it needed a thorough deep clean and additional upkeep. A more detailed cleaning would go a long way in helping the property truly shine and better reflect the quality of the location.I do want to acknowledge that management was responsive and worked with us on the issues we experienced. Unfortunately, the combination of the communication issues, appliance problem, and cleanliness concerns made the stay feel more stressful than relaxing.
