It was the perfect spot for the Thanksgiving holidays. We enjoyed the view from the porch and loved watching the sunsets. The kitchen was very nice and they had left us a pumpkin pie and a turkey pan.

The condo and location were great. The only reason for four stars is because of the constant sawing and jackhammering that went on from 8am until about 4pm for three of the days during our stay.

Location on 30a doesn’t get better than this! You are mere steps away from either pool or sand. Rosemary and Aly’s Beach just blocks away and both very walkable just outside the gates. Always ample space in the lot to park. Kitchen well stocked. Balcony furniture newly upgraded and very comfortable. What a find! Would return here 10 times out of 10!

So good.

Phenomenal spot for small family. My daughters absolutely loved the bunk beds with the individual niches WITH (3) different lighting setups for each bed... Fourth floor units here have higher ceilings (which is awesome), vaulted ceiling in the family room is extra great - Bathrooms are great with two showers. Incredible view of the ocean, great updates to the unit. Three TV's, fully functioning kitchen with great amenities (toaster oven, micro food processor, plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc). Access to the beach is so easy, pool and hot tub are great and easy to get to. And the hidden gem is Crabby Steves. People walk miles on the beach to get to Crabby Steves, but High Pointe guests have local access all the time (which equals super easy and delicious food/drinks with a killer view of the ocean). This was our 2nd time to High Pointe and we will continue to come here, it's great. Oh yeah, Starbucks is across the street, Rosemary is a short walk away, truly a great spot.

Good and bad!

One of the loveliest condos in which we have stayed in complex! Very well organized with everything available that we needed. Television system was streaming and local channels unavailable. Help was not available from host of condo - she came 2 times and no change. If u are a tv person, condo not for u.

Loved it

Everything was amazing my only advice (not even sure your allowed to do this) is to get a security bolt/chain/lock for the inside of the door. The key-code is convientant but ay night I want to know no one can get in even with a key-code. We had a very nice maintenance man, a property manager, a tent delivery service guy all have the code to our door during the week. The peace of mind of having some lock on my door to ensure my kids safety would have gone a long way. It’s a minor thing overall though! Thanks.

Great stay

We overall had a great experience! It would’ve gotten 5 stars but the air conditioning unit went out but that was an unfortunate coincidence. I will say the communication about the umbrellas and chairs could’ve been clarified. I asked if they were included and I was referred to la dolce vita. Turns out they are included so we just got a friendly refund from la dolce vita. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Great experience!! Definitely recommend this property.
