This was my family.of 5 first vacation together. I wanted it to be special since my wifes brother just had his first baby and lives in panama. I searched multiple places till i came across the Summit. THE BEST DECISION I MADE FOR SURE perfect atmosphere close to EVERYTHING the condo was great the shower i read about showers not draining but after a good plunge nomore problems. Thank.you this is our go to.spot.for sure.

Older building. Needs some upgrades but overall good. I despises all in one washer/dryer. We enjoyed the location and multiple pools and hot tubs. Kiddie pools are nice if I had brought my grandkids. Swings facing the gulf was a plus.

An Autumn Getaway

This is a really basic condo with no frills at all. It has a great view, but if you come during a busy season, be prepared for a lot of noise from the pools, the tiki bar, and the restaurant below. The smell of weed wafting up towards your balcony can be a real turn off too. The listing says that it sleeps six and I suppose it does, but I will be honest and say you probably will not be comfortable in this small unit with that many people. There is NOT dishes enough for that many people and there is very limited cooking gear to cook for 2 let alone 6 people. We found a few areas that were not cleaned properly including black hair in the shower drain as well as some other spots on cabinets and chairs that were not cleaned. A light in the bedroom had no shade or light bulb. There is a washer/dryer combo that takes a very small load and a lot of time to cycle through. But, given the size of the condo, I understand why they chose this particular all in one combo. There is no dish soap, laundry soap, or kitchen trash bags. Some perks of the condo were plenty of towels and toilet paper. The bed was ok and the pillows were super comfy. The bed and sheets were clean and made nicely, which is always a plus. The view is incredible and the porch is nice sized with a couple of chairs for relaxing. I received several texts while there and I believe whoever is in charge would have worked to make my concerns better had we wanted them to come and clean. I would stay here again.

We ended up having to give groceries away because the burners on the stove worked twice. Wr spent way above budget because we had to eat out more often .Sink in kitchen stayed clogged. Balcony chairs were broken . I always stayed with another owner but wanted to be higher. Big mistake

Dirty sheets on the beds no response from anyone to fix it

The pull out bed had what appeared to be blood stained sheets on it, there were no extra covers to use, & the bunk beds had several silverfish bugs crawling on and around them, could not get anyone on the phone to help with the situation, no one from 1800#, the local office or the text would respond beyond someone would reach out yet still haven’t heard from anyone.

Me my fiancé & kids stayed here for 4 nights. We loved every second. Great location stepping out on the balcony& seeing the ocean was breathtaking every time, they also have a bar & bikini bobs right outside both were amazing. Everyone there was friendly. Only a couple things wrong, one of the legs on dining room chair seemed to be loose, one of the Roku remotes didn’t always work & the shower drain didn’t drain very fast but that is all very fixable. We LOVED our stay & plan on coming back, I highly recommend staying here ❤️
