This was one of the nicest units we have stayed in. The view was perfect, being in the corner unit. We also ate at the grill two days and it was really good. The only downfall was that the elevator takes a while to get from floor to floor.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and fresh. It was nice to spread out with the three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The ocean view was gorgeous and so peaceful!

Less than 24 hours of us leaving from Tennessee I received a phone call saying we couldn’t stay in that room that had been booked and paid for for 3 months due to a mouse being trapped inside the closet. I personally don’t believe this because I requested some kind of compensation due to the large pool and mushroom being down due to construction. Was told it should have been completed but after reading some of the reviews, it was down and another person was upset about it and not being told until they arrived. I actually received an email to a Mr Fair stating the large pool was closed, nothing to me until I requested names and advised them I received someone else’s email. After discussing with family, they agreed it was okay to stay. Then a few weeks later I received a message the cable company would need in our room on a Tuesday of our stay but none of us would need to be there. Never would I leave our personal belongings to some strangers. Then the mouse issue and we’re not worried about one mouse. So last minute, I got a condo with The Wharf or The Lakewood Wharf. This will never happen to me and my family again. This was their Christmas gift and first time seeing the ocean. Never again.

There were several items that were not clean when we arrived, things that were clearly visible. I do give credit for rental company sending someone out quickly. I was told after I made reservations that the kids mushroom play area would be closed during our stay, I specifically asked if both of the pools would be open and I was told that they would be. However, we found out upon arrival that one of the pools was closed. The rental company told me they are the management company and can only relay information provided by the resort. So if the information they give to renter is incorrect it's too bad. A renter only has the management company to communicate with.

Great location

Plenty of room to move around. We had 5 kids and 3 adults and didn't feel cramped. The patio has a beautiful view, particularly the sunsets. Being close to the pool was a worry but very little noise. Definitely would book again. seems to be about in the middle of PCB, close to everything.

All in all it was good I paid for 11 people and only 6 came so that was the one of the down parts and it was perfect in size. The other was one of the dinette chairs was broken so we could not all eat at the table together. We enjoyed the condo and it was close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again if we have a large group.

We visit PCB every year and this is the first we’ve stayed at this condo. We’ll definitely book this one again. The owners literally thought of everything for a family to enjoy their stay. Wonderful family getaway!

My family and I had the most amazing time at this rental. It was just as described in the list, even better in fact! We loved the easy access from the parking garage and the fact that it was located on the same floor as the pool. It is a very large and comfortable end unit. It was very relaxing after a long day on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We vacation in PCB a few times each year, this is now our new favorite rental!! We'll definitely be back!
