Family had a great time- Condo very spacious for our large group and balcony was awesome too! Beach front was beautiful…smooth, super clean, and not horribly overcrowded like some resorts; highly recommend for a family get away!

Great Condo and good location.

Would definitely stay here again! Putt putt and go carts right across the street . Plenty of places within walking distance. Local Steamer has some of the best fresh seafood to get and bring back to the room . 10 min walk to Senior frogs , 12 min to sharkees, and there is a restaurant next store to the condo . Rooms were as advertised and plenty of space and a huge balcony and caught a nice ocean sunset . My family misses it already .

Amazing Condo!

My family and I were absolutely Blown Away from the magical views and perfect condo. This was our favorite vacation condo we have ever stayed at and we can't wait to come back! The property managers and security were wonderful And the owners were super nice and very accommodating. We liked it so much we extended our stay by 2 days

Excellent vacation!

The condo, beach and scenery was incredible! We had a small problem and the owner contacted the staff and it was cleared up very fast! Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

Very spacious and well laid out. Great location and wonderful views of the ocean. Great response time whenever we contacted the management. Would consider staying here again.

Great couple getaway

We had 4 couples that stayed here for the weekend. It was a great getaway, location was convenient and an easy walk down to the beach. The layout of the condo was nice for couples. Only complaint was that we could not get the AC to go below 77 but it was extremely hot outside.

Would stay again ..

The condo and views were amazing & just as showed in the pictures. We had plenty of space, the pool was nice, and there’s a private walkway to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The only inconvenience was having to go 15 minutes out of the way to pick up and drop off the wrist bands and instructions for the condo.

Great Place

This condo was perfect for us. There were 7 adults. We all had plenty of room. Really liked the parking spot for the unit was only one floor below. The furnishings and everything were nice. The location was great could walk to anything you needed. Would looked into staying here again on our next trip to PCB

Wonderful property

This condo was almost perfect for our family. The owner was wonderful and very attentive to making our stay perfect. A few issues with the elevators, wait times and parking while we were, but these were out of the owners control. None of which made our stay any less enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

A Gem of a Condo in PCB

We have stayed in quite a few condos in PCB over the last 10 years and we loved this one. The location is great to Pier Park and several awesome restaurants. The condo itself was perfect. The beds and couch were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Parking Space close to stairs to the next floor condo. I would definitely recommend this one to stay in.

7th Annual Girls Trip

We had a fabulous time at the beach thus year. Overall the condo was great and would definitely stay again. A couple of things could be fixed (floor in kitchen and master shower for soap, add toilet paper holder, dryer snags clothes, minor things) The condo was clean but I noticed a couple spots wnere counter wasnt scrubbed well and there was dust on bathroom floor and ubder bed. Not a vig deal and was able to take care of it quickly. The beds were awesome and being close to the parking apot was great! We had a great time and cant wiat to book again!

We were very pleased with this property. We are a 3 generation family of 7 and it had plenty of room. The property and Gulf view was as shown. There are several restaurants within walking distance ( Our favorite was Runaway Island) Would definitely refer a friend.

Yearly trips

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and just as the pictures. Its close to Pier Park and other great restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any questions before booking. We were missing a parking pass and Ms. Carol brought it to us personally. Just remember it is summer. Be patient for the elevators loading and unloading on check in days. We would definitely stay again.

Location! Beautiful! Awesome Balcony!

Beautiful condo with room for all. The location was fabulous. The beach and pool are perfect. The balcony had amazing views especially of the sunsets. The only thing I would suggest is to get blackout drapes for the front two bedrooms. With the street lights etc. it was a little tough for those people to rest. Other than that, it was just perfect.

PCB September week

Unit is well located, clean and plenty of room for 6 adults. Parking is easy to get to the room, the parking structure is tight but adequate. It was also well described in the listing. Condo was furnished with everything needed for our stay plus extra beach items. Only compliant was the TV is in SD not HD, minor inconvenience but nothing major. Check-in was as described in the instructions and everyone we spoke with were nice and friendly.

Paradise for a week

We had a wonderful stay in the Gulf Pearl @ Ocean Reef. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group. The unit was clean upon entering, balcony was large and the view was the BEST! Dr. George responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had and was very informative on things to do on double red flag days! The ONLY negative we had (which it was mentioned in booking) it they are strict on the 4 o'clock check-in. We got into town around 11:30am and spent our time at Pier Park and then Runaway Island (next door) until check-in time, so we were still soaking up PCB :)

Good property but bring your own sheets

The property itself was as described and had a beautiful view, beach area, and pool. However, the sheets and pillowcases on the beds seemed to be the wrong size and had many stains. I only noticed after sleeping on it the first day, so I had to wash the sheets and use some of my own blankets. I would recommend the property as long as you bring your own bedsheets, blankets, and pillows.
