Unit was perfect. Great location. No issues at all. Derrick was very prompt with responding to any questions we had. Had great beach view from balcony and windows for the fire works. We enjoyed both pools and had a bqq night on the provided grill. We will definitely be staying here again.

Grate location easy beach access and the owner was more than helpful it was also very clean and lots of room to just relax the balcony was a hit with my teens they had a blast people watching and just hanging out im sure we will stay here again I give it a 9 out of 10 the only reason not a 10 the elevators took a while during busy hours the could definitely use a couple more elevators

The property was great for our family vacation. There were five of us and there was plenty of room. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I emailed Derrick to let him know that we were interested in staying at his condo with my family. He emailed me back each time very quickly whenever I had a question. We stayed for three days. The condo was extremely beautiful when we walked in and it smelled beautifully too! It was extremely well-stocked. Everything was perfect!! Very clean and well decorated! Highly recommend!! We will staying again on our next trip to PCB!
