The place overall was nice and we did have a good time with each other, but the vacation overall was clouded by the poor customer service by every single employee at Shores of Panama. Not a single person that works at that resort was friendly or even offered a single smile throughout our whole vacation. Lindsey who claims to be the general manager that works at the front desk was so unbelievably rude to me within my first 5 minutes of checking in. After the resort charged me 100 for wrist bands, Lindsey accused me of lying and stealing a wrist band when I contacted the front desk about my welcome package only having 6 of the 7 wristbands that I requested and paid for. Not to mention, I contacted the front desk within mins of getting up to my room and checking the bag. Lesson learned, I should have checked the bag and counted the wrist bands in front of her, but the point is… for any “manager” to treat a customer (especially someone who paid over a thousand dollars to visit) with such arrogance and poor attitude, needs to go back to the basics and take a class in customer service. Everyone must hate their job there because not a single customer employee looked happy, and it showed in the way you treat your customers. For that reason, we will not go back.
