Great location!! Next to pier park, frank brown park, grocery store, restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We are also 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from 30A. When your not exploring around town you can relax and cookout in comfort. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. You can enjoy living like a local.

The best home away from home

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 additional people came along. We were at full capacity but it was perfect. It was not over crowded, perfect size and it is located pretty much in the middle of everything. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach for us but we had kids and just enjoyed our walk there together. The place comes stocked with everything you could need. If you forgot something, it will be available in stock for you here! We booked an additional night because we wanted to stay longer and it was super easy and Will is great to deal with! He was able to help us check in earlier too since we traveled at night with the baby. Great home, great place, great host and great vacation! Will book again!
