This spectacular corner condo features a large master with a king and en suite which has a walk-in shower and soaker tub. The second bedroom features a king bed with access to the balcony, and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a trundle. Sleeping up to 7 guests this condo is perfect for families of all sizes. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a bar to make mealtime easy. The living room has floor to ceiling windows to let in plenty of light and highlights the gulf views. Place a FULLY COMPLETED parking pass on the rearview mirror for display or driver-side dash. An additional option available is the Coastal Standards Parking Lot – Located around the corner (not on site, but a 2–4-minute walk to Seychelles) (5004 Thomas Drive). Rate is $20 per day. City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice).
**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice).
These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive and 600 Henley Circle.
Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located at the 3rd-floor walkway.
