The mattresses in the unit are BADLY in need of replacing. The tile floor (which did not have any throw rugs in the living areas) was very dirty. Not visibly dirty; but when we went barefooted in the unit, our feet were brown. We had to go buy socks to wear when inside.

Our only complaint was that the front (master) needs some room darkening curtains so you are not awake at sunrise. Other than that, great room.

Cleaning issues

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the room, been staying in it for the last 3 years. The grout in both bathrooms in the showers had black mold on it, and so did the shower heads. Under the t.v in living room looks like it was never dusted. The box spring cover in the guest bedroom with 2 beds had brown stuff splattered all over it and plug in outlets in bedroom had shortages in them. More cleaning time needs to be taken in this room.The male security guard was non friendly.
